If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, return the item(s) for an exchange or a 100% refund to your original method of payment. All returns must be made within 15 days of placing your order.
All returned items must be in the original condition - unworn and with tags. We do not accept washed items. If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge. We will issue you a refund if we do not have availability of the item(s) you requested.
Indicate what you are returning and why. Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or if you are requesting a refund. In order to help us process your return, please include your name, email address, transaction number, and enclose the items you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. Please notify us via email upon shipping.

Shipping prices vary based on the items you order and shipping method. To find out how much shipping is, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You won't need to enter your billing info or place your order to find out the shipping cost. Just enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process, and then proceed to the second step of the checkout process to see the different shipping options and prices. You'll see the shipping cost under each shipping option and the total cost - items + shipping - on the right side of the screen under "Cart Summary". Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Add or remove items and follow the same steps to determine the new shipping price.
